1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PlantSigner (plantsigner.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Licensing & Usage Rights
- Free Tier (Personal Use Only): Downloads produced under the Free tier include a discrete embossed "PlantSigner.com" watermark on the stake. You may 3D print these signs for your personal use or gifts. Selling the physical prints or redistributing the digital STL/3MF files is prohibited.
- 7-Day Pass (Watermark-Free Personal Use): Users with an active 7-Day Pass may export watermark-free 3D files for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial sales require an active Pro subscription.
- Pro Subscriptions (Commercial License): Active Monthly and Annual Pro subscribers are granted a worldwide commercial license to sell physical 3D prints produced using PlantSigner on online marketplaces (e.g. Etsy, Shopify) and physical markets. Reselling, sharing, or sublicensing the digital 3D model files (STL/3MF) remains strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping
The PlantSigner website, geometry generation pipeline, design layout formulas, and preset catalog are the intellectual property of PlantSigner. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or replicate the underlying application code or create derivative clone software without explicit written permission.
4. Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click through the Account Settings → Manage Subscription button, which opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
- Refund Policy: If you experience technical defects or are unsatisfied with your 7-Day Pass or Pro plan within 7 days of purchase, please reach out to plantsigner@gmail.com with your account email for a full refund.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Exported 3D files are provided "as-is". PlantSigner is not liable for 3D printer malfunctions, filament waste, or print failures resulting from machine calibration or slicer settings.
