At PlantSigner (plantsigner.com), your privacy is our priority. We are committed to collecting only the minimum information necessary to provide our 3D sign design and export services. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data.
All subscription payments and one-time purchases are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. PlantSigner never receives, processes, or stores your credit card numbers or billing CVV. We store only your Stripe Customer ID to associate your account with your subscription status.
If you explicitly enable Google Drive Sync in your settings, PlantSigner requests access restricted exclusively to the files created by the application (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope). We create a single folder titled "PlantSigner" in your Google Drive and upload only the STL/3MF files you choose to export. We cannot view, modify, or delete any other files in your Drive.
You maintain full control over your data. You may delete your account and all associated custom designs at any time directly through the Account Settings → Delete Account button in the app. Deletion is instantaneous and purges your Firestore design documents and authentication profile.
